A perfect Sapporo should be:

1. COLD - served in a chilled glass (in venues where any glassware is refrigerated. We won’t penalise you if there’s no room in your fridge)

2. CLEAR - glass should be clean (in venues that carry Sapporo tankards, tankard MUST be used)

3. CREAMY - using the Two Part Pour method, a silky head should fill to the plimsoll line. (Cleanskin venues should aim to present a balanced looking glass with a generous, silky head. Watch the video for reference. But you’re a pro! You know what a good beer looks like.)
